  • Serve as, and perform all work of a Mechanic for the
  • Road and Bridge Department. Employees may be trained and promoted when
  • qualified to perform duties of each Level; (Level I, II, or III).

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Level I -Responsible for repairing and maintaining all trucks and equipment.
  • Level II - Must be skilled in hydraulics, electronic and mechanical workings of
  • equipment and trucks.
  • Level III - Must have advanced knowledge in hydraulics, electronic and
  • mechanical workings of equipment and trucks.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Must be able to lift or move 50 pounds or more. Must demonstrate an ability to
  • work with well with others. Must be a Team Player. Must be DOT certified and
  • have a CDL License. A High School Diploma or GED is required.
