- Under the direct supervision of the County Highway Administrator, Supervisor and Crew Chief, the
- Laborer I shall be responsible for as a Flag person, patching roads by hand, perform shovel work for
- installing culverts, cleaning culverts and ditch work and other duties as assigned.
