Responsibilities And Duties

- Responsible for all helpdesk requests. Monitors all helpdesk calls using the
- IT helpdesk software tools.
- Assists in keeping the status of all open helpdesk work orders up-to-date.
- Assists in providing central point of contact for customers and users to
- report all support and problem tracking issues.
- Responsible for Hardware and Software Setups.
Qualifications And Skills

- Must be able to provide technical support and guidance to users.
- Must be able to troubleshoot network performance issues and security
- problems.
- Must be able to work well with the public and with employees.
- Must be able to respond quickly to requests.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Two year technical degree in computer science or related
- field and one year experience in one or more of the following: Operation and
- maintenance of personal computers, printers and peripherals; helpdesk; operation
- of a personal computer; operation and maintenance of network computer
- equipment. - or - three years experience in one or more of the above mentioned
- areas in lieu of the two year technical degree.

- CERF Savings vests after 5 years; employees may elect additional payroll deductions and receive a 50% county match up to 4% of gross pay.
