  • Responsible for Notary Oaths; Logging new Commissions for SOS; Typing of
  • Notaries to be mailed.
  • Meeting Minutes Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for taking, indexing, printing, tracking and emailing Commission
  • Minutes.
  • Additional Duties (include but not limited to):
  • Purchasing, Public Service Requests, Maintaining Contracts, Accounts Payable,

Qualifications And Skills
