Old and New Business October 14:
Mountain Country Propane has gone over the 120 day deadline to record their
decision of record. It was just an oversite on their part. They haven't changed
anything and are proceeding with business on the site. Mike Yeary will be at the
meeting as requested by staff to ask permission to go ahead and record his
decision of record.
Tim Freund has asked for an extension on his project but hasn't done anything
on the site yet. The Development Code states that "all permits issued shall have
an active time frame of one year and permittees can request extensions at the
end of the one year period, if 50% or more of the infrastructure improvements
have been completed.
