THE JULY ADJOURNED TERM
The County Commission met in the Taney County Judicial Facility at 2:56 p.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Chuck Pennel, Presiding and Danny Strahan, Eastern
Commissioner present and the following proceedings were had and made a matter of
record.
CENTURYTEL TELEPHONES
Commissioner Strahan made a motion to approve the purchase of CenturyTel
telephones in the amount of $17,004.97 due to an emergency and that there was not an
opportunity to post this meeting 24 hours in advance. Commissioner Pennel seconded
the motion. The motion passed by vote: Pennel (yes), Herschend (absent), Strahan (yes).
