AUGUST 21st 2008 28th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURNED TERM
The County Commission met at the Dewey Short Auditorium at 1:00 p.m.
pursuant to adjourn with Commissioner Pennel and Commissioner Herschend present and
the following proceedings were had and made a matter of record.
SEWER VIOLATIONS / DNR
Commissioner Pennel and Commissioner Herschend attended a special meeting to
discuss possible, long-term and short-term, solutions referencing the sewer problems at
the Dam Site Subdivision, Hillbilly Country Motel and Gerth’s RV Park. Also in
attendance were representatives from the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, Missouri
Department of Natural Resources, City of Branson, Taney County Health Department,
Great River Engineering, Taney County Regional Sewer District and David Walsh,
property owner.
