AUGUST 19th, 2008 26th DAY OF
THE JULY ADJOURNED TERM

The Commission met at the Hollister City Hall at 1:30 p.m. pursuant to adjourn
with Commissioner Pennel and Commissioner Herschend present and the following
proceedings were had and made a matter of record.

TANEY COUNTY REGIONAL
SEWER DISTRICT

Commissioner Pennel and Commissioner Herschend attended the Taney County
Regional Sewer District Meeting to hear updates on Bee Creek and Ozark Beach projects
as well as discussing the Dam Site Subdivision issue.
