opened in the Commission Hearing Room, in public. A decision was made to allow time for a
thorough review of information by Jack Cole, Road & Bridge Administrator.
An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to
the Taney County Commission on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
Tuesday, December 2, 2025: After a complete and thorough review of the response received,
we recommend the Commission award to The Railroad Yard, Stillwater, Oklahoma, and ask the
Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award The Railroad Yard, Stillwater, Oklahoma,
and it passed by vote.
