Wednesday, September 17, 2025: This bid process resulted in the above response, which was opened in
the Commission Hearing Room, in public. A decision was made to allow time for a thorough review of
information by Scott Terpening, Buildings & Grounds Supervisor.
Wednesday, October 1, 2025: An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday, October 2, 2025.
Monday, October 6, 2025: After a complete and thorough review of the response received, we recommend
the Commission award to Ed’s Heating & Cooling, Hollister, Missouri, as the best choice for Taney County
and ask the Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award HBV, LLC dba Ed’s Heating and Cooling and it
passed by vote.
