opened in the Purchasing Office, in public. A decision was made to allow time for a thorough
review of information by Sgt. Jeremy Wilson, Sheriff’s Department Special Operations/Training
Division Supervisor.
Tuesday, August 19, 2025: An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday, August 25, 2025.
Wednesday, August 25, 2025: After a complete and thorough review of the responses received,
we recommend the Commission award to Black Rain Ordnance, Neosho, Missouri, and ask the
Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Black Rain Ordnance,
Neosho, Missouri, and it passed by vote.
