Wednesday, July 23, 2025: This bid process resulted in the above responses, which were
opened in the Commission Hearing Room, in public. A decision was made to allow time for a
thorough review of information by Animal Control Supervisor, Sherry Simpson.
Wednesday, August 6, 2025: An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
Wednesday, August 13, 2025: After a complete and thorough review of the responses received,
we recommend the Commission award to Elite Textile Trading, LLC, Mission Viejo, California, as
the best option and ask the Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Elite Textile Trading, LLC,
Mission Viejo, California, and it passed by vote.
