Wednesday, July 2, 2025: This bid process resulted in the above responses, which were opened
in the Purchasing Office, in public. A decision was made to allow time for a thorough review of
information by Buildings & Grounds Supervisor, Scott Terpening, and Graham-Clark Airport
Manager, Mike Mulnik.

Monday, July 7, 2025: An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday, July 14, 2025.
Monday, July 14, 2025: After a complete and thorough review of the responses received, we
recommend the Commission award to Advanced Roofing Technologies, Carrollton, Missouri and
ask the Commission for a motion vote as such. The Commission voted to table this decision for
further review until Monday, July 21, 2025 and it passed by vote.
Monday, July 28, 2025: After further review the Commission made a motion to award Advanced
Roofing Technologies, Carrollton, Missouri, and it passed by vote.
