Jack Cole, Interim Road & Bridge Administrator. The responses will be thoroughly reviewed.
Tuesday, April 8, 2025: An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday, April 14, 2025.
Monday, April 14, 2025: After a VERY diligent review of both responses, we recommend the
Commission award Allied Services LLC dba Republic Services of the Ozarks, Springfield,
Missouri, as the best option for Taney County, and ask the Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Allied Services LLC dba Republic
Services of the Ozarks, Springfield, Missouri, as the primary supplier and WCA Waste Systems,
Inc. dba GFL Environmental/Waste Corporation of Missouri, LLC, Raleigh, NC, as the secondary
supplier, and it passed by vote.
