Wednesday, April 16, 2025: This bid process resulted in the above two (2) responses, which
were opened in the Commission Hearing Room, in public. A decision was made to allow time for
a thorough review of information by Road & Bridge Interim Administrator, Jack Cole.
An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to
the Taney County Commission on Monday, April 21, 2025.
Monday, April 21, 2025: After a complete and thorough review of the responses, we recommend
to award Abbey Lane Lpg, LLC, Galena, Missouri and ask the Commission for a motion vote as
such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Abbey Lane Lpg, LLC, Galena,
Missouri and it passed by vote.
