Residential Permit Fees

  • Single family home / mobile home, per lot: $75.00
  • Accessory buildings: $25.00
  • Residential permits include new and addition work for single family dwellings and accessory buildings over 100 square feet
  • Agricultural structures are exempt, but residential structures are not treated as exempt agricultural structures
