TANEY COUNTY COURT HOUSE
Call to Order
The Board of Adjustment held a meeting on September, 20 2023 at 6:00 p.m. located at the
Taney County Courthouse in the County Commission Hearing Room at 132 David Street,
Forsyth, Missouri. Vice Chairman David Herd called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Scott
Starrett established a quorum and an explanation of public hearing procedures, presentation of
exhibits and governing statutes.

Also present was Planning and Zoning Administrator, Scott Starrett and Zoning Coordinator,
Presley Cozort.
The meeting was postponed to October 18, 2023 due to there being no quorum.
Review and Action
Public Hearings- Postponed to October 18, 2023 Meeting
#23-003A: Stephen & Kenieshiear Czetty, Appeal Application for #CUP2023-006, nightly rental
use in the existing single- family home at 2404 Victor Church Rd, Branson, was postponed to the
October 18, 2023 Board of Adjustment Meeting.
#23-004A: James Wurster, Appeal Application for #CUP2023-012, retreat center with 25
lodging units for nightly rental use at 221 Fairview Church Rd, Rueter, was postponed to the
October 18, 2023 Board of Adjustment Meeting.
Reconsideration Request- Postponed to November 15, 2023 Meeting
4GR Land & Cattle RE-B LLC, Reconsideration Request regarding Permit #2023-002A Pete &
Melinda Trimble’s Appeal request allowing an Auto Restoration and Salvage Yard business
approved by the Board on August 16, 2023, reversing the Planning Commission’s denial of
Conditional Use Permit #CUP2023-005.
