TANEY COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WEDNESDAY October 19, 2022, 6:00 P.M.
COUNTY COMMISSION HEARING ROOM
TANEY COUNTY COURT HOUSE
Call to Order
The Board of Adjustment held a meeting on October 19, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. located at the Taney
County Courthouse in the County Commission Hearing Room at 132 David Street, Forsyth,
Missouri. Vice Chairman David Herd called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Scott Starrett
established a quorum and an explanation of public hearing procedures, presentation of exhibits
and governing statutes.

David Herd
Also present was Planning and Zoning Administrator, Scott Starrett and Zoning Coordinator,
Presley Cozort.
Vice Chairman David Herd swore everyone in who signed up to speak.
Review and Action
Mr. Roebuck moved to approve the September 26, 2022 Regular Meeting Minutes. Mr.
Persinger seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: 3 (ayes), 1 (abstain) and 1 (absent).
Public Hearings
#22-008V: Applicants were not present at the beginning of the meeting. Mr. Herd moved to
move the application to the end of the agenda to see if anyone shows up to represent the
application. Mr. Caudill seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: 4 (ayes) and 1
(absent).
No one showed up to represent the application. Mr. Caudill moved to postpone the application
until the next scheduled meeting. Mr. Herd seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: 4
(ayes) and 1 (absent).
#22-009V: Applicant Wendell Goss was present. No one was present to speak for or against the
application. Mr. Caudill moved to approve the variance request as presented. Mr. Roebuck
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: 4 (ayes) and 1 (absent).
#22-010V: Applicant Brian Vesely was present. No one was present to speak for or against the
application. Mr. Persinger moved to approve the variance request as presented. Mr. Caudill
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: 4 (ayes) and 1 (absent).

None.
Adjournment
Mr. Caudill moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:33 p.m. Mr. Herd seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: 4 (ayes) and 1 (absent).
