TANEY COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WEDNESDAY July 20, 2022, 6:00 P.M.
COUNTY COMMISSION HEARING ROOM
TANEY COUNTY COURT HOUSE
Call to Order
The Board of Adjustment held a meeting on July 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. located at the Taney
County Courthouse in the County Commission Hearing Room at 132 David Street, Forsyth,
Missouri. Vice Chairman David Herd called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Scott Starrett
established a quorum and an explanation of public hearing procedures, presentation of exhibits
and governing statutes.

Also present was Planning and Zoning Administrator, Scott Starrett and Zoning Coordinator,
Presley Cozort.
Vice Chairman David Herd swore in everyone who signed up to speak.
Review and Action
Mr. Roebuck moved to approve the May 18, 2022 Regular Meeting Minutes. Mr. Caudill
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: 5 (ayes) and 0 (nay)
Public Hearings
#22-005V: Representative George Cramer was present for American painting, LLC. No one was
present to speak for or against the application. Mr. Persinger moved to approve the variance
request of a 10 foot front setback due to Mandolin Drive is a low volume traffic street and the
building would not block any driveway or street lines. Mr. Caudill seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: 4 (ayes) and 1 (nay).
#22-006V: Representative Karl Finkenbinder was present for MRG Group LLC. No one was
present to speak for the application. Jerry White, Harold Nester and Jean Zsiga. Mr. Roebuck
moved to allow Harold Nester an additional 10 seconds of time to speak. Mr. Caudill moved to
deny the application due to the project design and the extra buildings being built are the cause of
the parking problem. Mr. Persinger seconded. The motion passed by vote: 5 (ayes) and 0 (nays)
Old and New Business
Mr. Caudill moved to move the September BOA meeting date to September 28, 2022. Mr. Herd
seconded the motion. The motion passed by vote: 5 (ayes) and 0 (nays).
Adjournment
Mr. Roebuck moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:15 p.m. Mr. Caudill seconded the motion. The
motion passed by vote: 5 (ayes) and 0 (nays).
