Wednesday, January 22, 2025: After opening the only response received, initial details were
noted by Road & Bridge Administrator, Devin Huff, and Assistant Road & Bridge Administrator,
Jack Cole. The response will be thoroughly reviewed.
An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award
to the Taney County Commission on Monday, January 27, 2025.
Monday, January 27, 2025: Note that there is an “Exception” in the bid documents as the bid
model is a 2024 instead of a 2025. Road & Bridge agrees to moving forward with the 2024 model.
After a thorough review of the only response, we recommend the Commission award CFLR Auto
LLC dba Corwin Ford Lincoln Republic, Republic, Missouri, as the best and only option for Taney
County, and ask the Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award CFLR Auto LLC dba Corwin Ford Lincoln
Republic, Republic, Missouri, and it passed by vote.
