Wednesday, November 25, 2024: The one and only response was opened, in public, for the
above listed RFB, with the assistance of Public Administrator Staff, in the absence of Joanna
Jasper, Public Administrator, in the Commission Hearing Room. After opening the response, a
decision was made to allow time for a thorough review of said information.
Wednesday, December 4, 2024: A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation
on Monday, December 9, 2024 to the Taney County Commission has been requested and
approved.
Monday, December 9, 2024: After review, we recommend the award for this bid go to Golden
Rule Insurance Agency, (formerly Teeple Insurance, who currently holds the bond) Versailles,
Missouri, as the one & only bidder.
A subsequent Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2025 and extend for period of four (4)
years.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Golden Rule Insurance Agency,
Versailles, Missouri, and the motion passed unanimously by vote.
