Wednesday, August 21, 2024: After opening responses received, initial details were noted by
Road & Bridge Staff, in the absence of Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator. The responses
will be thoroughly reviewed.
Thursday, August 22, 2024: An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a
formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday, August 26, 2024.
Monday, August 26, 2024: After a thorough review, let it be noted that 1.) Holden Industries, Inc.
is disqualified due to not adhering to the bidding requirements and 2.) An oversight was found in
the response of Silverline Trailers, specifically 2.11, but did acknowledge the bottom of page 8.
Mr. Huff, Mr. Cole and myself recommend the Commission waive the technicality and award
Silverline Trailers, Harrison, Arkansas, as the best and only option for Taney County, and ask the
Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Silverline Trailers, Harrison, Arkansas,
and it passed by vote.
