The LEPC follows Taney County Sunshine Laws for public information
requests. Public requests for Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC)
and Chemical Tier II Information Policy:

Hazardous Chemical inventory information or LEPC information is available
to the public under the Community Right-to-Know provisions in SARA Title II.
All requests must be made in writing to the LEPC Coordinator at the following
address:

The letter should contain all of the following information:

 Name of the Agency or person requesting the information
 Address of the agency or person requesting the information
 Name and address of the facility about which information is requested
 Exact and specific information requested
 Intended purpose of use for the information

General facilities storing hazardous materials in amounts greater than 10,000
pounds are reporting to the LEPC.
