Wednesday, July 3, 2024: After opening the two (2) responses received, which were opened in
public in the Commission Hearing Room, with the assistance of Devin Huff, Road & Bridge
Administrator, and Jack Cole, Assistant Road & Bridge Administrator, initial details were noted
and documented. The bid response package will be thoroughly reviewed by the Road & Bridge
department.
An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award
to the Taney County Commission on Monday, July 8, 2024.
Monday, July 8, 2024: After a thorough review, noting the disqualification of Luby Equipment, for
not adhering to Sections 1 – 3, we request a motion vote from the Taney County Commission to
award G.W. Van Keppel Co. as the best and only option for Taney County.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award G.W. Van Keppel Co. and it passed by
vote.
