Wednesday, June 19, 2024: After opening the three (3) responses received, which were opened
in public in the Commission Hearing Room, with the assistance of Susan Chapman, Assessor.
Initial details were noted and documented. The bid response package will be thoroughly reviewed
by the Assessor.
Thursday, June 28, 2024: An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday, July 8, 2024.
Monday, July 8, 2024: After a thorough review noting detailed pricing, as indicated above, and
although very close, we are requesting the Taney County Commission award DivCo Data
Diversified Companies, LLC, Chattanooga, Tennessee, as the best choice for Taney County.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award DivCo Data Diversified Companies, LLC,
Chattanooga, Tennessee and it passed by vote.
