Wednesday, June 26, 2024: After opening the only response received, initial details were noted
by Scott Terpening, Building & Grounds Supervisor. The response will be thoroughly reviewed by
Mr. Terpening.
An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award
to the Taney County Commission on Monday, July 1, 2024.
Monday, July 1, 2024: After a thorough review of the detailed pricing, Mr. Terpening and myself
recommend awarding Dedmon Floor Covering, Hartville, Missouri as the best and only option for
Taney County, and ask the Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Dedmon Floor Covering, Hartville,
Missouri, and it passed by vote.
