Wednesday, May 1, 2024: After opening the two (2) responses received, which were opened in
public in the Commission Hearing Room, with the assistance of Susan Chapman, Assessor. Initial
details were noted and documented. The bid response package will be thoroughly reviewed by
the Assessor.
An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award
to the Taney County Commission on Monday, May 13, 2024.
Monday, May 13, 2024: After a thorough review noting the disqualifications on both responses,
we are requesting the Taney County Commission reject all bids and are seeking direction to re-
let this solicitation.
The Taney County Commission voted to reject all bids and re-let this solicitation and it passed by
motion vote.
