Wednesday, May 1, 2024: After opening the two (2) responses received, which were opened in
public in the Commission Hearing Room, with the assistance of Jack Cole, Assistant Road &
Bridge Administrator, in the absence of Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator. Initial details
were noted and documented. The bid response package will be thoroughly reviewed by the Road
& Bridge department.
An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award
to the Taney County Commission on Monday, May 6, 2024.
Monday, May 6, 2024: After a thorough review noting the differences in pricing between the two
(2) responses, we request a motion vote from the Taney County Commission to award All States
Coatings Company, Gladewater Texas, as the primary supplier and SASCO Pavement Coatings,
Inc., Springfield, Missouri, as the secondary supplier, as this is the best choice for Taney County.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award All States Coatings Company,
Gladewater Texas, as the primary supplier and SASCO Pavement Coatings, Inc., Springfield,
Missouri, as the secondary supplier and it passed unanimously by vote.
