Wednesday, January 3, 2024: After opening the two (2) responses received, which were opened
in public in the Commission Hearing Room, with the assistance of Devin Huff, Road & Bridge
Administrator, along with Jack Cole, Road & Bridge Assistant Administrator. Initial details were
noted and documented. The bid response package will be thoroughly reviewed by the Taney
County Commission.
An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award
to the Taney County Commission on Monday, January 8, 2024.
Monday, January 8, 2024: After a thorough review noting the disqualification of TLG Operations
LLC dba TLG Peterbilt – Springfield, Springfield, Missouri for non-compliance in Section 1 and
not complying with Section 2.4 regarding the measurements on the chassis. Ozark Kenworth Inc.
dba MHC Kenworth, Springfield, Missouri, is the best option for Taney County.
Based on the above information, I am requesting a motion vote from the Taney County
Commission to award Ozark Kenworth Inc. dba MHC Kenworth, Springfield, Missouri.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Ozark Kenworth Inc. dba MHC
Kenworth, Springfield, Missouri, and it passed by motion vote.
