Wednesday, September 20, 2023: This bid process resulted in only one (1) Vendor response,
which was opened, in the Commission Hearing Room, with the assistance of Devin Huff, Road &
Bridge Administrator, publicly. After opening responses received, a decision was made to allow
time for a thorough review of said information.
A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation on Monday, September 25, 2023 to
the Taney County Commission was requested and approved.
Monday, September 25, 2023: After a thorough review of the detailed pricing offered, Devin Huff,
Road & Bridge Administrator, and myself recommend awarding Pinegar Chevrolet Buick GMC,
Inc., Branson, Missouri, as the only bidder, and ask the Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Pinegar Chevrolet Buick GMC, Inc.,
Branson, Missouri and the motion passed by vote.
