Wednesday, June 21, 2023: This bid process resulted in two (2) Vendor responses, which were opened,
in the Commission Hearing Room, with the assistance of Myka Braschler, Deputy Collector, in the
absence of Mona Cope, Collector, publicly. After opening responses received, a decision was made to
allow time for a thorough review of said information.
A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation on Monday, July 17, 2023 to the Taney
County Commission was requested and approved.
Monday, July 17, 2023: After a thorough review of the detailed pricing offered, noting the Master’s Touch
pricing was $1,400 less than Ozark Mailing Services, Mona Cope, Collector, and myself recommend
awarding Ozark Mailing Services, Inc., Springfield, Missouri, as the best option for the County, and ask the
Commission for a motion vote as such.
See attached recommendation from the Collector.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Ozark Mailing Services, Inc., Springfield, Mo and
the motion passed by vote.
