Wednesday, June 21, 2023: This bid process resulted in only one (1) Vendor response, which
was opened, in the Commission Hearing Room, with the assistance of Melissa Trotter, I.T. staff,
in the absence of Marc Rys, I.T. Administrator, publicly. After opening responses received, a
decision was made to allow time for a thorough review of said information.
A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation on Monday, July 17, 2023 to the
Taney County Commission was requested and approved.
Monday, July 17, 2023: After a thorough review of the detailed pricing offered, Marc Rys, I.T.
Administrator, and myself recommend awarding Pinegar Chevrolet Buick GMC, Inc., Branson,
Missouri, as the only bidder, and ask the Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Pinegar Chevrolet Buick GMC, Inc.,
Branson, Missouri and the motion passed by vote.
