Wednesday, June 21, 2023: This bid process resulted in only one (1) Vendor response, which
was opened, in the Commission Hearing Room, with the assistance of Susan Chapman,
Assessor, publicly. After opening responses received, a decision was made to allow time for a
thorough review of said information by the Assessor.
A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation on Monday, June 26, 2023 to the
Taney County Commission was requested and denied. The Commission, in its entirety, will be
available on Monday, July 17, 2023, which was approved.
Monday, July 17, 2023: After a thorough review of the detailed pricing offered, Assessor Susan
Chapman and I recommend awarding W.W. Magness Co., Inc. dba Magness Toyota, Harrison,
Arkansas, as the only bidder, and ask the Commission for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award W.W. Magness Co., Inc. dba Magness
Toyota, Harrison, Arkansas and the motion passed by vote.
