Wednesday, April 12, 2023: After opening responses from both of the above listed companies, in my absence,
initial details were noted and documented by Road & Bridge Administrator, Devin Huff. Also present was Jack Cole,
Road & Bridge Supervisor. Response packages will be thoroughly reviewed by Road & Bridge staff. An agenda
request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney County
Commission on Monday, April 17, 2023.
Monday, April 17, 2023: After a thorough review, both responses were fully qualified and compliant with all bid
requirements The recommendation is to award Table Rock Asphalt Construction, Co., Inc., Branson, Missouri as
Primary Supplier and Capital Paving and Construction, LLC, Ozark, Missouri, as Secondary Supplier of this bid.
We hereby ask for a motion vote to award per the recommendations as outlined above.
After some discussion, the Taney County Commission voted to award Table Rock Asphalt Construction, Co., Inc.,
Branson, Missouri for C-1 and as Primary for B1-4. Capital Paving and Construction, LLC, Ozark, Missouri was
awarded for A1-2 and as Secondary for B1-4.
Subsequent agreements will be issued for an initial one (1) year period with three (3) renewal terms, contingent on
pricing at that time.
