Wednesday, April 5, 2023: After opening responses from all three (3) of the above listed companies,
initial details were noted and documented by Road & Bridge Administrator, Devin Huff. Also present
was Jack Cole, Road & Bridge Supervisor and Nick Plummer, Presiding Commissioner and myself.
Response packages will be thoroughly reviewed by Road & Bridge staff. An agenda request has been
made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission
on Monday, April 10, 2023.

Monday, April 10, 2023: After a thorough review and in making the best choices for the County Mr.
Huff has the following recommendations:

For Category 1 (Loaded & Scaled by Supplier) awarding Table Rock Asphalt Construction Co. as
Supplier A for all locations, Capital Materials as Supplier B for the Hollister South location, and Green
Dream as Supplier C.

For Category 2 (Loaded & Scaled by County) awarding Table Rock Asphalt Construction Co. as
Supplier A for the Nickens location, Capital Materials as Supplier A for the Hilda location.

We hereby ask for a motion vote to award per the recommendations as outlined above.

The Taney County Commission made a motion and awarded as such.
