Wednesday, January 25, 2023: One (1) response was received within a timely manner and
opened today via teleconference, with the assistance of Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator,
due to the untimely inclement weather received resulting in closing the Courthouse. Initial details
were noted.
Thursday, January 26, 2023: After review of actual document a request was made, and
approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on
Monday, January 30, 2023.
Monday, January 30, 2023: After a complete review, we recommend awarding the above RFB
to JMG Equipment Company, Holden, Missouri for the purchase of a Paver, and ask for a
motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission voted to award JMG Equipment Company.
