Tuesday, November 29, 2022: This bid process resulted in the receipt of only one (1) response, which
was opened in the Taney County Commission Conference Room, in public, with Devin Huff, Road & Bridge
Administrator, Scott Starrett, Planning & Zoning Administrator, and his staff. A decision to initiate a review
period for the purpose of a thorough review by the above parties.
An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney
County Commission on Monday, December 12, 2022.
Monday, December 12, 2022: After a complete and thorough review of the only response received, we
recommend awarding to Allied Services, LLC dba Republic Services subject to contract negotiations and
ask for a motion vote from the Taney County Commission to award as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Allied Services, LLC dba Republic Services
subject to contract negotiations.
