Wednesday, November 9, 2022: After opening responses from all of the above listed companies
today, initial details were noted by Road & Bridge Administrator, Devin Huff and myself. All
responses will be thoroughly reviewed by the Road & Bridge Department.
An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver an award recommendation to the
Taney County Commission on Monday, November 28, 2022.
Monday, November 28, 2022: Upon a thorough review, three (3) of four (4) responses received
were disqualified for various reasons noted above. We recommend to award Newman Signs,
Jamestown ND, as the only qualified response received and ask for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion and voted to award Newman Signs, which passed
unanimously.
