Wednesday, November 2, 2022: After opening responses noted above, initial details were noted
and documented by Road & Bridge Assistant Administrator Denzil Brown and I. Qualified responses
were thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Brown. Let it be noted that a response was received after the bid
opening.
An agenda request has been made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to
the Taney County Commission on Monday, November 7, 2022.
Monday, November 7, 2022: After a detailed review, the only qualified response received was from
Herrman Lumber, Hollister, Mo. The recommendation is to award this RFB to Herrman Lumber and
ask for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission voted to award Herrman Lumber for the purchase of Pole Barn
Materials.
