Wednesday, September 28, 2022: This bid process resulted in four (4) responses, which were
opened in the Commission Hearing Room, in public. A decision was made to allow time for a
thorough review of said information by Assessor, Susan Chapman.
Thursday, October 6, 2022: An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
Tuesday, October 11, 2022: After a complete and thorough review of the four (4) responses
received, DivCo Data, ColorArt and Edward J. Rice could not comply with the email
specification. We recommend The Master’s Touch, LLC, as they complied in all areas of the
specifications and ask for a motion vote from the Taney County Commission to award as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award The Master’s Touch, LLC.
