Wednesday, September 7, 2022: This bid process resulted in the above two (2)
responses, which were opened in the Commission Hearing Room, in public. A decision
was made to allow time for a thorough review of said information by Road & Bridge
Administrator, Devin Huff, and Sheriff Brad Daniels.
An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for
award to the Taney County Commission on Monday, September 12, 2022.
Monday, September 12, 2022: After a complete and thorough review of the two (2)
responses received, Southside Body Shop is disqualified for not adhering to bidding
requirements, specifically 1.20, 2.5, no answer for markup % as requested and no W9.
Jim’s Auto Body qualified and submitted the best/lowest pricing.
We recommend Jim’s Auto Body and ask for a motion vote from the Taney County
Commission to award as such.
After a short discussion, the Commission voted to award Jim’s Auto Body.
