Wednesday, August 17, 2022: The one and only response received, despite sending to several vendors, was
opened and initially reviewed by Bridget Collins, Road & Bridge Staff, in the absence of Devin Huff, Road &
Bridge Administrator and both Buildings and Grounds Supervisors, Renee Brusca and Scott Terpening, publicly
in the Commission Hearing Room. A thorough review will be conducted this afternoon.

Thursday, August 18, 2022: An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a recommendation for
award on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
Tuesday, August 23, 2022: After a complete and thorough review of the detailed pricing, and being the only
response to this solicitation, we recommend awarding Castro Electric, Inc. of Branson, Missouri and ask the
Taney County Commission for a motion vote to award as such. A subsequent Agreement for an initial period of
12 months with three (3) – 1 year automatic renewals to be included.
The Taney County Commission voted to award as such.
