Tuesday, August 23, 2022: An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal
recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Thursday, August 25, 2022, due
to time sensitivity of the purchase.
Wednesday, August 24, 2022: The bid process resulted in one (1) response, which was opened
in the Commission Hearing Room with the assistance of Road & Bridge staff members, Kathy
Roberts & Bridget Collins, in the absence of Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator. Initial details
were noted and documented.
Thursday, August 25, 2022: After a complete and thorough review of the detailed pricing, and
being the only response to this solicitation, we recommend awarding Ozark Kenworth Inc. dba
MHC Kenworth and ask the Taney County Commission for a motion vote to award as such.
The Taney County Commission voted to award Ozark Kenworth Inc. dba MHC Kenworth.
