Wednesday, June 15, 2022: After opening two (2) responses from Gabes Oil Inc. dba Heritage Petroleum LLC, bid pricing responses were initially
noted and documented by Taney County Road & Bridge staff, Kathy Roberts, in absence of Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator, and myself.
Monday, June 20, 2022: It was decided to thoroughly review the differences between the two (2) options submitted by Gabes Oil Inc. dba Heritage
Petroleum LLC.
Gabes Oil Inc. dba Heritage Petroleum LLC offered up two (2) options for Taney County to consider Motor Oil & Hydraulic Oil. Shell has been
consistently higher across the board, not to mention being out of stock due to allocations, Citgo has fulfilled orders much more promptly. Option 1
pricing would have an increase annually and Option 2 pricing would have a quarterly increase; both requiring a 30-day pricing proposal submittal.

Tuesday, July 5, 2022: After thoroughly reviewing both options from Gabes Oil Inc. dba Heritage Petroleum LLC, it is in the best interest to Taney
County to award Option 2 at the recommendation of both Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator, and myself. We ask for a motion and vote as
such.
A subsequent agreement will be issued specific to the quarterly prices increases.
The Taney County Commission voted to award Gabes Oil Inc. dba Heritage Petroleum LLC – Option 2.
