MEETING MINUTES
TANEY COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WEDNESDAY September 15, 2021, 6:00 P.M.
COUNTY COMMISSION HEARING ROOM
TANEY COUNTY COURT HOUSE
Call to Order
The Board of Adjustment held a meeting on September 15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. located at the
Taney County Courthouse in the County Commission Hearing Room at 132 David Street,
Forsyth, Missouri. Chairman Trent Edwards called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Scott
Starrett established a quorum and an explanation of public hearing procedures, presentation of
exhibits and governing statutes.

Rick Persinger
Also present was Planning and Zoning Administrator, Scott Starrett and Zoning Coordinator,
Presley Cozort.
Review and Action
Mr. Roebuck moved to approve the Regular Meeting Minutes from August 18, 2021. Mr. Caudill
seconded the motion. The motion passed by voice vote: Trent Edwards (aye), David Herd (aye),
Rick Caudill (aye), Cory Roebuck (aye) and Rick Persinger (abstain).
Mr. Edwards swore in everyone who planned on speaking tonight during the meeting.
Public Hearings
#21-02A: Applicant Matthew & Erica Marshall were present. John Adams, Salvador Arratia,
Andy Parks, Andy Thomas, Greg Stone and Larry Cook were present to speak for the
application. Bobby McTaggart, Charles Johnson, Jean Randolph and Bonnie Hart were present
to speak against the application. Mr. Persinger moved to approve the appeal application. Mr.
Herd seconded the motion. The motion passed by voice vote: Trent Edwards (aye), David Herd
(aye), Rick Caudill (nay), Cory Roebuck (nay) and Rick Persinger (aye).

None.
Adjournment
Mr. Roebuck moved to adjourn at 7:13 p.m. Mr. Caudill seconded the motion. The motion
passed by voice vote: Trent Edwards (aye), David Herd (aye), Rick Caudill (aye), Cory Roebuck
(aye) and Rick Persinger (aye).
