Wednesday, December 8, 2021: The responses were opened for the above listed RFB, in public with
the assistance of John Soutee, Environmental Services Director, in the Commission Hearing Room. A
decision was made to allow time for Mr. Soutee to review responses in their entirety.
Monday, December 20, 2021: A formal agenda request to make an award recommendation on Monday
December 27, 2021 to the Taney County Commission has been requested and approved.
Monday, December 27, 2021: With all bid requirements being met for both responses, the
recommendation for the best and lowest price for Taney County, Missouri is to award S & S Pumping, Inc.
of Saddlebrooke, Missouri. We ask for a motion vote from the Taney County Commission to award as
such.
A subsequent Agreement shall extend for one (1) year thereafter with an option to renew for additional
one (1) year periods.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award S & S Pumping, Inc., Saddlebrooke, Missouri.
