Wednesday, December 15, 2021: This bid process resulted in only one (1) vendor response, which was
opened in the Commission Hearing Room, in public, with the assistance of David Clark, County Auditor,
and Jana Johnson, Auditor Clerk. A decision was made to allow time for a thorough review of information
by David Clark.
Let it be noted that after reviewing the previous RFB, it revealed an increase of $4,000 in 2020, due to
price increases throughout the economy.
An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney
County Commission on Monday, December 20, 2021.
Monday, December 20, 2021: After a complete and thorough review of the one and only response
received, Mr. David Clark, County Auditor recommends awarding KPM CPA, PC as the best option for
Taney County.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award KPM CPA, PC of Springfield, Missouri.
