Wednesday, October 20, 2021: This bid process resulted in the above Vendor response,
which were opened in the Commission Hearing Room, in public. A decision was made to
allow time for a thorough review of information by Road & Bridge Administrator, Devin
Huff and Animal Control Supervisor, Sherry Simpson, and Maintenance Supervisor,
Renee Brusca. Due to the fluctuation in the market, Mr. Huff plans on researching what
the going rate is now versus the expected increase through out the winter months.
Thursday, October 21, 2021: An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a
formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday, October
25, 2021.
Monday, October 25, 2021: After a complete and thorough review of the only response
received, and the information received about pricing fluctuations over the next year, we
recommend to award Abbey Lane Lpg, LLC, Galena, Missouri and ask the Commission
for a motion vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Abbey Lane Lpg, LLC, Galena,
Missouri.
