Wednesday, October 13, 2021: Although this was sent out to several qualified
Vendors, only three (3) responses were received. Taney County Airport Manager, Mike
Mulnik assisted me in opening and after initial review, it was noted that Campbell Oil
Co. neglected to follow bid requirements as laid out in the RFB. A decision was made to
allow Mr. Mulnik time for a thorough review.
Thursday, October 21, 2021: An agenda request was made, and approved, to deliver a
formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on Monday,
November 1, 2021.
Monday, November 1, 2021: After a complete and thorough review by Mr. Mulnik, as
authorized by the Taney County Airport Board, we recommend to award Naegler Oil Co.,
as the best choice for the Taney County Airport and ask the Commission for a motion
vote as such.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to award Naegler Oil Co., Springfield,
Missouri.
