Wednesday, June 23, 2021: Responses were opened from the above listed companies today in
public, with the assistance of Devin Huff, Road & Bridge Administrator, and initial details were
noted. All responses will be thoroughly reviewed by Mr. Huff. A request has been made, and
approved, to deliver a formal recommendation for award to the Taney County Commission on
Monday, June 28, 2021.
Monday, June 28, 2021: Due to both responses being disqualified for not adhering to bidding
requirements, it is the recommendation of myself and Mr. Huff to re-let this solicitation in hopes
of receiving fully qualified responses.
The Taney County Commission made a motion to deny all bids and re-let the solicitation.
